The minimum shipping charge of $8.50 per order.

We ship all packages with UPS. No PO Box addresses will be accepted. Please supply a valid street address for all orders.
There will be a $14 surcharge for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy: At That Irish Shoppe we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please note no returns on food items, CD’s, books or maps.
We provide you with 30 days from when you receive your order to exchange or return your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges under the following conditions:
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return / exchange items will be shipped to That Irish Shoppe via UPS or US Postal Service. UPS is preferred, but if shipping with US Postal Service items MUST ship with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We are not responsible for anything lost in shipping.

Exchange / Return Instructions:
• Fill out the return card that was enclosed with your shipment and return via UPS or US Postal Service (if using US Postal Service use RETURN CONFIRMATION) to the address below.
• If no return card was present, simply write name, address, phone number, and order number on a piece of paper to be included with the order with request of which item you would like to exchange the returned item for or request a refund.

The following requirements must be met for any exchange or refund:
• Item must be unused and in resalable condition. All original packaging must be included undamaged. Clothing items must have original tag attached and unworn. Fragrance and bath items must be unopened and in original sealed cellophane wrap. If the item is not in new and resalable condition, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please note no refunds or exchanges on food items, CD’s books or maps.
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Items received for return/exchange later than 30 days after delivery to you will be shipped back to you at your expense.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• We are not responsible for anything lost in shipping. All returns/exchanges must be sent via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
• Returns on items in quantities of 3 or more will be subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
